(ET) The fourth instalment of the PM-Kisan income support scheme due this month will be transferred only to Aadhar-authenticated bank accounts of the more than 50 million beneficiaries, officials said. This will be the first time since the launch of this scheme in February that the government insists on the mandatory condition of Aadhar seeding. “From fourth instalment onwards, payment would be made only to farmers whose Aadhar numbers have been authenticated with their bank accounts,” an agriculture department official said. The review petitions were filed by Maulana Mufti Hasbullah, Mohd Umar, Maulana Mahfoozur Rehman and Mishbahuddin. The petitioners have challenged the title of the land being given to Hindu parties, arguing that Hindus never had exclusive possession of the entire site. (BS) State-run Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has listed its $300 million issue on the Global Securities Market of India International Exchange IFSC (India INX). The issue was made under ONGC’s Euro medium-term note (EMTN) programme. In a statement, India INX said the issue comes with a coupon rate of 3.375 per cent and is due in 2029. The exchange further said that ONGC has established its $2 billion medium-term note (MTN) programme on the exchange’s Global securities Market and the $300 million is its maiden issue under the programme.
