    OMCs Keep Petrol, Diesel Prices Unchanged On Wednesday

    Fuel prices remained steady on Wednesday as Oil Marketing Companies decided to keep the prices unchanged.

    In Delhi, diesel and petrol is retailing at Rs 86.67 per litre and Rs 95.41 per litre, respectively. The price i Mumbai for diesel is Rs 94.14 and petrol at Rs 109.98. In Kolkata, prices of diesel and petrol are Rs 89.79 and Rs 104.67 respectively. In Chennai, it is Rs 91.43 and Rs 101.40 for diesel and petrol, respectively.

    Fuel prices came down after the Centre decided to cut the excise on Diwali eve which spurred other states to slash their local taxes bringing some respite from record high prices.
