The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced a change in the examination centre for certain candidates appearing in Re-NEET UG 2026 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. The revision has been made due to administrative reasons, and affected candidates have been issued fresh admit cards containing the updated venue details.

According to the official notification, candidates who were previously allotted the Harivansh Rai Bachchan Cultural Centre at the University of Allahabad will now take the examination at a different location within the same university campus. The move is intended to ensure the smooth conduct of the re-examination.

The earlier examination centre was the Harivansh Rai Bachchan Cultural Centre, located near Indian Press Chauraha and opposite Chandrashekhar Azad Park Gate No. 3 in Prayagraj. Candidates assigned to this venue will now report to the Department of Medieval and Modern History, Senate House Campus, University of Allahabad, Prayagraj.

To avoid confusion on exam day, the NTA has released revised admit cards for all affected candidates. Aspirants are advised to download the updated documents immediately and carefully verify all details, including the examination centre address, reporting time, and other instructions.

The agency has emphasized that candidates should rely only on the newly issued admit cards and disregard any previous venue information. Reaching the revised examination centre well before the reporting time is strongly recommended to prevent last-minute inconvenience.

The Re-NEET UG 2026 examination is being conducted for candidates affected by earlier examination-related issues. Given the heightened focus on examination security and logistics, the NTA has urged candidates to regularly check official communication channels for updates.

Candidates can access and download their revised admit cards through the official NTA portal using their application number, date of birth, and other login credentials. Any further announcements regarding the examination, including additional venue changes or important instructions, will be communicated through the agency’s official website.

Students are encouraged to verify their travel plans in advance and ensure they arrive at the correct venue on the examination day.
