AGS Transact Technologies has partnered with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation to deploy Fastlane, a contact less retail payment solution for customers at the petrol pump, said the company in a press release. The company will be using the RFID technology to deliver cashless payment solutions at petrol bunks. The company has set a target to issue 1 lakh Fastlane fuel tags across Mumbai.
Currently the company has 18 petrol bunks across Mumbai, Vashi and Thane where where the product will be opened for the end consumer by July 1, subsequently there will 200 petrol bunks with these solutions.
