A two-day state executive meeting of the BJP to deliberate on the strategy for the Lok Sabha poll began here on Wednesday evening by paying tributes to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
The meeting, presided over by state BJP chief Satpal Singh Satti, is being attended by top leaders, including Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, former chief ministers Shanta Kumar and Prem Kumar Dhumal, state in-charge for party affairs Mangal Pandey, MPs Anurag Thakur and Virender Kashyap, all district BJP presidents and heads of various morchas. A survey would be conducted to know the winning prospects of the candidates for the four Lok Sabha seats as potential to win the elections would be the base for allocation of tickets, insiders said
