    This e-commerce company will give jobs to 1 lakh people in the festive sale with festivals

    This year’s festive season is about to begin. The threat of upcoming festivals is clearly visible in the market. Every year during the 3-4 months of festivals, the demand increases in every category, from clothes to vehicles, along with everyday use items. E-commerce companies also try hard and try to increase their sales as much as possible.

    Sale of e-commerce companies

    Talking about the Indian market, both big e-commerce companies Flipkart and Amazon hold special sales during festivals. Flipkart organizes Big Billion Days to woo customers, while Amazon organizes Great India Festival Sale. This time too, both companies have intensified preparations. During the festive season sale, where on the one hand customers get great offers, On the other hand, employment is created on a large scale.

    Demand increases during festivals

    During the festive season, demand naturally increases. The offer of e-commerce companies gives a further boost to demand. E-commerce companies make preparations at every level to meet the increased demand during the festive season months. For this, the capacity of the warehouse is increased. If more orders come, then the need of people to deliver them to customers on time also increases. In such a situation, different types of jobs are created on a large scale.

    Flipkart will provide so many jobs

    Walmart’s Indian e-retailer Flipkart says that it is going to create 1 lakh employment opportunities during the upcoming festive season sale. In other words, Flipkart claims that it is going to give jobs to 1 lakh people in its upcoming sale i.e. Big Billion Days. The company says that these employment opportunities will be created all over the country. These include direct as well as indirect employment opportunities.

    Preparations have already intensified

    Flipkart’s upcoming festive season sale is the 10th edition of Big Billion Days. The company says that during the sale, people will get opportunities to work in the supply chain, fulfillment center, shortness center, delivery hub etc. The company aims to deliver more than 40 percent of the deliveries during the sale under its grocery delivery program. For this, it is already training thousands of workers. The company ensures this The company wants customers to get timely delivery during the sale even in remote parts of the country.
