The Coal Mine Development and Production Agreements (CMDPA) for these blocks were signed on March 27, 2025. The blocks for which vesting orders have been issued are Dahegaon Makardhokra IV, Saradhapur Jalatap East, Banai & Bhalumunda, Sahapur East, Seregarha and Vijay Central. The decision regarding continuation of MISS for fiscal year 2025-26 with existing 1.5 per cent interest subvention was taken by the Union cabinet, informed information and broadcasting minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.
