(MP) Jet fuel or ATF price on Saturday was hiked by 1.65 per cent — the first increase in rate after fourth months of reduction warranted by softening oil prices. Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) price was increased by Rs 1,476.79 per kilolitre, or 1.65 per cent, in the national capital to Rs 90,779.88 per kl, according to a price notification of state-owned fuel retailers. Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) hiked the price of 19 kg LPG cylinders effective July 1. In Chennai, the hike was by ₹8 per cylinder. LPG rates are revised on the first of every month. (FPJ) GST collections rose 12 per cent to over Rs 1.61 lakh crore in June, the Finance Ministry said on Saturday. The gross GST collection has crossed Rs 1.60 lakh crore mark for the fourth time since the roll-out of the indirect tax regime six years ago on July 1, 2017.
