Officials said the Open Acreage Licensing Policy (OALP) bid round-II, with 14 blocks measuring 29,333 square kilometres in aggregrate area on offer, will be launched by Oil Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Monday. (PTI) Pollution in Delhi remained in the ‘severe’ level for the third consecutive day as wind speed and other meteorological factors remained “highly unfavourable” for dispersion of pollutants on Monday, according to authorities. People have been advised by the authorities to minimise outdoor activities and avoid use of private vehicles.
