Preparations and discussions for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections are going on. One of the points of these discussions is the name of the Prime Minister. Another where the new alliance I.N.D.I.A is engaged in efforts. At the same time, the Bharatiya Janata Party is trying to repeat the victory of 2014 and 2019. At the moment, the BJP is pushing the name of Narendra Modi as PM, but the question is who will take over this responsibility after him.

Recently published in India Today After Modi, the current Union Home Minister Amit Shah has emerged as the biggest name for this post in the C Voter survey. Although the list also includes veterans like Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, 29 per cent of the people surveyed preferred Shah as PM Modi’s successor.

Yogi Adityanath is in third place in this list. 26 percent of the respondents want to see him as PM. Apart from this, 15 percent of the respondents were seen in favor of Gadkari.

What will be the results if elections are held today??

According to the survey, if the Lok Sabha elections are held today, the BJP-led NDA can get 306 Lok Sabha seats. The majority mark is 272. At the same time, the new coalition I.N.D.I.A can win 193 seats. Whereas, 44 others can go to the account. The survey has predicted that the BJP may win 287 seats.
