As Income Tax Department and Government announced that last date for filling Income Tax Return won’t be extended from 31st July 2017, tax payers’ pressure on income tax e-filling site has taken it’s toll. Khabarindia received many complaints from Delhi, Lucknow, Kanpur, Chandigarh about not working and failing to login in of Income Tax e-filling site www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in , due to which people faced enormous hardship on the last day of filling. We checked ourselves and found that e-filling site was not loading up many times and even if it loads up it timed out many times while filing login details. It is surely due to the enormous pressure on the site by income tax payers who want to file their income tax returns.
We request Income Tax authorities to rectify the technical glitch ASAP so that tax payers would be able to file their Income Tax Return.
