    Rahul Gandhi begins foreign tour, discusses this special issue with European MPs in Brussels

    Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has reached Europe on his week-long visit. On Thursday, Rahul Gandhi held a closed-door meeting with some members of the European Parliament in Brussels and discussed various issues. Manipur was one of the issues discussed in the meeting, PTI reported. Earlier in July, the European Union had also passed a resolution regarding Manipur.

    Successful discussion

    Congress sources said, Rahul Gandhi’s meeting with European MPs in Brussels was successful. The Congress has also told on its official X handle that Rahul Gandhi participated in the round table conference with members of the European Parliament. It was hosted by MP Alvina Almetsa and MP Pierre Larouturou. However, the discussion in Brussels was not included in the official daily agenda of parliament. According to the picture released by the Congress, Congress leader Sam Pitroda also attended this meeting along with Rahul.

    What will be Rahul’s full schedule??

    Gandhi will address students at a University in Paris on September 8. He will then attend a meeting of the French trade union in Paris on September 9. After Paris, Rahul Gandhi will visit Holland and meet students of the university on September 10. On September 11, Gandhi will address an Indian diaspora in Oslo and meet leaders and students. The G20 summit will conclude on September10 in India. Rahul Gandhi will return to the country on September 13.
