    4 IAS officers transfer in UP, Ravi Kumar NG became new CEO of Greater Noida Authority

    The Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh has transferred four senior IAS officers late on Saturday night. Gorakhpur’s Divisional Commissioner Ravi Kumar NG has been made the CEO of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. Till now the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer of Greater Noida Authority was with Ritu Maheshwari, Chief Executive Officer of Noida Authority.

    At present, the additional charge of the Divisional Commissioner of Gorakhpur has been given to the District Magistrate, Gorakhpur. New divisional commissioner will be posted soon.

    Secretary Urban Development Ranjan Kumar has been transferred to the post of Secretary Medical and Health. Secretary Health Ravindra Kumar has been made Secretary Urban Development. Earlier on Friday, State Industrial Development Commissioner Manoj Kumar Singh was appointed CEO of UPDA. UPEDA CEO Narendra Bhushan has been removed.

    2004 batch IAS officer

    IS Ravi Kumar NG is a 2004 batch IAS officer. Ravi Kumar started his IAS service from Jhansi in UP. He has so far served in the districts of Firozabad, Agra, Lucknow, Mathura, Gorakhpur, Unnao and Ambedkar Nagar. Yogi Adityanath’s government appointed him secretary in UP Tourism, Culture and Religious Relations in the middle of the year 2020. Apart from this, he is posted as Director General in the Tourism Department in UP. IAS NG also has the responsibility of Divisional Commissioner. He is originally from Karnataka.
