    NBCC Signs ₹121 Crore MoU With Lokpal Of India For Major Infrastructure Upgrade

    BCC (India) Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Lokpal of India for a major infrastructure development project valued at approximately ₹121 crore.

    The agreement marks the beginning of a transformative initiative that will include structural repairs, seismic retrofitting, and modern interior fit-outs to enhance the Lokpal’s office premises. The project is designed to ensure enhanced functionality, sustainability, and architectural excellence.

    NBCC will act as the Project Management Consultant (PMC), overseeing the execution with a focus on high-quality delivery and compliance with sustainability standards. The initiative aims to boost the operational efficiency and upgrade the physical infrastructure of the Lokpal’s office to meet modern requirements.

    The MoU signing was witnessed by senior officials from both sides, including Justice Ajay Manikrao Khanwilkar, Chairperson of Lokpal of India; Shri Abhishek Bhagotia, Joint Secretary; Shri Arun Kumar, Deputy Secretary; Shri Mudit Bhatnagar, Chief General Manager, NBCC; and Shri Aakash Saxena, Assistant General Manager, NBCC.

    Once completed, the project is expected to significantly modernize the Lokpal’s administrative setup, aligning it with the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and functionality.
