(AU) सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ट्रिपल तलाक का मुद्दा संवैधानिक पीठ के पास भेज दिया है। अब इस मामले की सुनवाई सुप्रीम कोर्ट की संवैधानिक पीठ करेगी। गौरतलब है कि ट्रिपल तलाक की संवैधानिक वैधता को लेकर दायर कई याचिकाओं पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट सुनवाई कर रहा था। पिछली सुनवाई में शीर्ष न्यायालय ने सभी पक्षों से जवाब तलब करते हुए मुद्दे निर्धारित करने को कहा था।अटॉर्नी जनरल ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से तीन तलाक मुद्दे की सुनवाई मई से पहले करने का निवेदन किया, जिसे कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दी। अब इस मामले की सुनवाई 11 मई से होगी।
