(LiveMint) Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) has begun commercial production of coal bed methane (CBM) gas from two blocks in Madhya Pradesh, two people familiar with the development said.RIL’s move comes after the government approved pricing and marketing freedom for producers of natural gas from CBM on 15 March. The company has deferred production for a while due to lack of clarity over pricing CBM gas. (FE) The ministry of road transport and highways (MoRTH) has identified a clutch of 10 road projects across a stretch of 646 km to be bundled and bid out in the TOT or toll, operate, transfer mode. This will be the first of the TOT offerings the government has been planning and is expected to fetch it around `3,400-3,500 crore.
