IOC is among the at least four companies that have evinced interest in becoming strategic partner in Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Company (BSR) by taking 49 per cent stake, official sources said. (TOI) Among other things that emerged in the aftermath of the massive Punjab National Bank (PNB) scam is the active role of employees of the Public Sector Banks (PSBs) in multiple frauds over the years. TOI has accessed Reserve Bank of India data that reveals the number of cases involving staff across various states and the amount of loss reported. Overall, data from April 2013 to June 2016 shows that a total of Rs 2,450 crore was lost to 1,232 frauds of Rs 1 lakh and more where employees were involved. ONGC Board in its 304th Meeting held on 1st March, 2018 has approved 2nd interim dividend of 45%, i.e. Rs. 2.25 on each equity share of Rs. 5. The total payout on this account will be Rs. 2,887 Crore. The Record date for distribution of dividend has been fixed for 14th March, 2018 which has been intimated to the stock exchanges.
