(PTI) India logged 861 new coronavirus infections taking the total tally of COVID-19 cases to 4,30,36,132, while the active cases dipped to 11,058, according to the Union Health Ministry data updated on Monday. ‘Health and Education Cess’ is not allowed as business expenditure. This was clarified by Smt Nirmala Sitharaman, Union Minister of Finance while presenting the Union Budget in the Parliament today.
