(NDTV) State-owned Ircon on Sunday said it has secured a railway project worth about Rs 1,200 crore in a joint venture. ”Ircon International Ltd. under its joint venture with Dineshchandra R Agrawal Infracon Pvt Ltd., i.e. Ircon-DRA JV has been awarded the LoA for the construction of Kottavalasa-Koraput Doubling Project from Shivalingapuram Station to Borraguhalu Station,” the Railway PSU said in an in an exchange filing. (MC) The ministry of railways reportedly plans to offer 200 more Gati Shakti Cargo Terminals (GCTs) to corporate houses and freight operators for their rail-based supply chains, buoyed by the response received. The criteria include a five-year track record of satisfactory performance, a net worth of 10 billion rupees, meeting capital requirements, recent profitability and limited non-performing assets, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) said. (IE) Markets regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) proposed to lay a framework for price discovery of shares of listed investment companies (ICs) and listed investment holding companies (IHCs) whose market price is at significant discount to their book value.
