(Asian Power) NTPC Limited has announced the commencement of operations for a portion of its 150 megawatt (MW) Dayapar Wind Energy Project Phase-I in Gujarat. In a bourse filing, the company said the second part capacity of 90 MW out of the said project in Dayapar, Bhuj, Gujarat started its commercial operations on 9 April. The country’s largest IT services firm faced some project deferrals in March and the near-completion of the BSNL deal added fewer numbers to the topline.
