MC Adani Group will invest $100 billion in green energy transition over the next decade across its ports, power and cement operations as it aims to become a net zero emitter by 2050. Infosys’s Chief Financial Officer Nilanjan Roy has stepped down and his exit will be effective from March 31, 2024. The IT services major announced the appointment of Jayesh Sanghrajka as the new CFO from April 1. Roy’s resignation comes at a time when Infosys as well as its other tier-I IT services peers including Wipro, HCLTech and TCS are witnessing increasing top-level exits. Banks lend loans to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across the country. As reported by Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the credit outstanding to MSME sector by Scheduled Commercial Banks across the country at the end of March 2023 is 22.60 lakh crore. Further, as informed by RBI, banks are mandated not to accept collateral security in case of loans upto Rs. 10 lakh, extended to units in the MSE sector in the country, including the State of  Maharashtra. BS Retirement fund body Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO ) has invested Rs 27,105 crore in exchange-traded funds (ETFs) during the current fiscal till October, Parliament was informed on Monday. EPFO had invested Rs 53,081 crore in the ETFs during the fiscal 2022-23, higher than Rs 43,568 crore in 2021-22, Minister of State for Labour and Employment Rameshwar Teli said in a written reply to the Lok Sabha. The reply showed that the EPFO has invested Rs 27,105 crore in the ETFs so far in the current fiscal 2023-24 till October 2023. The body had invested Rs 14,983 crore in…
