Chief Minister Trivendra Rawat today launched Samadhan portal — a smart interactive voice response system — to redress the public complaints.Launching the portal here, the CM said any aggrieved person can register the complaint on the portal through a toll free number 1905. He said the complainant would have to provide details like name, address and telephone number.
