The state government on Monday shuffled 33 IAS and three IPS officers, appointing Bhadohi district magistrate Vishal Singh as the director information and changing the ADGs of Prayagraj and Meerut zones.
Shishir, who was director information, has been made special secretary MSME and export promotion and CEO of Khadi Board.
Prayagraj chief development officer Gaurav Kumar has been made the Lucknow municipal commissioner in place of Indrajit Singh, who has been shifted as special secretary, energy.
Satyendra Kumar, special secretary in the CM’s office, is the new Varanasi DM in place of S Rajalingam who has been made the Varanasi divisional commissioner in place of Kaushal Raj Sharma who has been brought to Lucknow as secretary in the chief minister’s office. Amit Gupta, principal secretary, stamp and registration, has been made principal secretary, transport, the post that was held by L Venkateshwarlu till now. L Venkateshwarlu continues to hold the other posts under his charge.
Hapur district magistrate Prerna Sharma is the new director of SUDA. Abhishek Pandey, vice-chairman of Meerut Development Authority, is the new Hapur DM. Gorakhpur CDO Sanjay Kumar Meena is the new vice- chairman of the Meerut Development Authority.
Azamgarh DM Navneet Singh Chahal has been made special secretary to the CM. Ujjwal Kumar, the special secretary MSME and export promotion, has been made MD of the Uttar Pradesh Medical Supply Corporation, replacing Jagdish who now goes as secretary Home department.
Harshika Singh, joint magistrate, Chandauli, is the new Prayagraj CDO.
Jhansi DM Avinash Kumar Jhansi is the new Ghazipur DM. Mahoba DM Mridul Chaudhary is the new Jhansi DM while Gazal Bhardwaj is the new Mahoba DM. Sant Kabirnagar DM Mahendra Singh Tanwar is the new Kushinagar DM in place of Vishal Bhardwaj who has been appointed special secretary in the CM office.
Special secretary, Madhyamik Shiksha, Alok Kumar, is the new Sant Kabirnagar DM. Pulkit Khare, special secretary, planning, is the new MD of Kaushal Vikas Mission.
Among the IPS officers, ADG Meerut Zone, Dhruv Kant Thakur has been shifted as ADG Special Security Force (SSF), Lucknow. ADG Prayagraj Zone Bhanu Bhaskar is the new ADG Meerut Zone. ADG Sanjiv Gupta, who was posted as secretary Home, has been made the new ADG Prayagraj Zone.
