    NBCC Wins Renovation Order Worth ₹82 Crore From Lokpal Of India

    NBCC (India) Ltd said it has won a new order worth ₹82.08 crore from Lokpal of India. It is for the renovation, interior works of the Lokpal premises at Vasant Kunj in New Delhi.

    On another note, NBCC Chairman and MD K P Mahadevaswamy told that the company aims to achieve around ₹5,000 crore in revenue in the first year that is 2025-26 (FY26) with Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology Limited (MAHAPREIT) partnership.

    NBCC has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with MAHAPREIT to jointly undertake various consultancy, EPC, fee-based, and redevelopment projects across Maharashtra. The agreement, signed on March 26, 2025, signifies NBCC’s major expansion into the state’s redevelopment sector following its success in transforming Delhi’s urban landscape.

    Under this collaboration, NBCC will operate as a project management consultancy (PMC) contractor over the next two to three years, the CMD said in an interview with CNBC TV-18.

    Earlier this week, NBCC also said it won two orders, cumulatively worth ₹658.42 crore.

    Of these, the first order worth ₹438.98 crore is from the Uttarakhand Investment and Infrastructure Development Board. It is for the Rodia Belwala area revitalisation, Sati Kund and surrounding development, Har ki Pauri and Subhash Ghar revitalisation and the redevelopment of parking and commercial area of upper road opposite the railway station in Haridwar.

    The second order, worth ₹219.45 crore, is from the Centre for development of telematics. The work includes project management consultancy (PMC) services for planning, supervision, construction and development of various buildings, including data centre, housing and hostels, technical block and residential buildings, among others at the C-DOT Campus in Mehrauli, New Delhi.

    NBCC shares were trading 0.98% lower at ₹81.9 apiece at 2.30 pm. The stock has declined 11.7% this year, so far.
