Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Green Energy Twenty Five A Limited has operationalized a 275 MW of solar power project at Khavda, Gujarat. In a regulatory filing, the company said, “In furtherance to the intimation dated March 30, 2024 regarding operationalization of projects, Adani Green Energy Twenty Five A Limited, Wholly-owned stepdown subsidiary of the company has operationalized an incremental 275 MW of solar power project at Khavda, Gujarat.” Based on the clearances, the company said, the plant is operationalised and will commence power generation from 28 February.
Earlier in January, Adani Green Energy had released its fiscal third quarter earnings report with a profit surge of 85 per cent at Rs 474 crore in comparison to Rs 256 crore in the same period last year. The company recorded Q3 revenue at Rs 2,365 crore, up 2.3 per cent as against Rs 2,311 crore in the year-ago period.
