New India is not ready to continue with the old approach, especially women who are taking up new challenges and creating positive change in the society, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said during his monthly radio programme, Mann Ki Baat.
The diversity of the country is the pride of every citizen and the diversity of culture is visible at the Hunar Haat programme in Delhi where people of different states showcased the traditional products of their states, Modi said. “Our new India is not ready to continue with the old approach. The women of new India are coming forward to take up new challenges that bring a positive change in society,” said the prime minister.
The biodiversity in our country is like a unique treasure for entire humankind and it is the responsibility of the people to conserve it, Modi said. People should also try to explore the biodiversity of the country, he said.
