Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today disclosed that so far 570 MoUs worth Rs 75,776 crore had been signed as run-up to the Global Investors Meet scheduled to be held in Dharamsala next month. This was stated by Thakur here today while presiding over a high-powered committee meeting for organising the event. “All officers must adopt a professional approach so that the event can attract big investments,” he said.
The CM said the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has confirmed to be the partner country for holding the event. In addition to this, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Tourism and Economic Diplomacy and States Division, Ministry of External Affairs, have given their consent to be partner ministries, he added.
