Uttarakhand BJP chief Ajay Bhatt on Monday said that due to the efforts of the BJP government under PM Narendra Modi there has been a qualitative change in the living standards of the farmers and the down-trodden.“In four years the Modi government declared MSP for several crops that was never done in the past. It helped the farmers economically,” said Bhatt, addressing a press conference on the completion of four years of the Modi government.Bhatt said that India had become a global growth engine and the efforts made by Modi government in several spheres had helped all the sections of the society.
