BJP candidate Anil Baluni was declared elected unanimously to the Rajya Sabha in Uttarakhand on Thursday. Baluni was handed over the declaration certificated by the returning officer Madan Singh Kunjwal.Chief Minister TS Rawat, Cabinet ministers Madan Kaushik and Arvind Pandey and Uttarakhand BJP chief Ajay Bhatt were also present when the certificate was handed to him. The election for Baluni became unanimous as the Congress did not field any candidate against him.
