Anguished over the agitation of people in his own Seraj constituency in Mandi district, Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today said the matter concerning SDM office row at Janjehli would be resolved through dialogue.
“It is unfortunate that people were targeting me on this issue. I have no hand in this matter. It was High Court order in which it directed the government to cancel the notification of SDM office at Janjehli and sub tehsil at Chhatri issued by previous government”, he said. He said a few people were trying to mislead the public on the issue. They would be unmasked soon and action would be taken accordingly. The CM said he was ready to have a dialogue with the people on the issue. Every possible effort would be made on the part of the government to resolve the matter amicably.
