Uttarakhand Chief Minister TS Rawat has said that the Uttar Pradesh government has adopted a positive attitude for the transfer of assets for which the talks are under way at various levels.“We have been successful in putting across our point of view on the transfer of assets, which have been pending for the last 17 years. We have managed to solve the issue of transfer of 36 irrigation canals with Uttar Pradesh and these have been transferred,” said TS Rawat, while speaking with reporters.He further said that the talks on the transfer of Alaknanda resort too have reached the final stages. “The talks are under way for signing the agreement between the transport departments of the two states for running the buses,” said Rawat.
