Union Minister for Petroleum Dharmendra Pradhan on Thursday launched the Pradhan Mantri Ujjawala Yojna, aimed at providing free LPG connections to BPL families, here.He gave LPG connections to seven persons in the presence of Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh and Union Health and Family Welfare Minister JP Nadda.As many as 200 families are being given LPG connections in the district today.Pradhan said 50 new distribution centres for LPG distribution would be opened in the state soon. He also announced opening of two more bottling plants in the state thus taking the total number of such plants to six in the state.
