BTL EPC Ltd, a division of the Rs 1000 crore Shrachi Group and a diversified manufacturing & engineering contracting company, announced that it has bagged a Rs 365 crore order from BHEL.
The order involves setting up a coal, limestone and gypsum handling plant at Nalgonda district in the state of Telangana for TSGENCO’s (Telangana State Power Generation Corporation Ltd) proposed 5X800 MW Yadradri Thermal Power Station Thermal Power Station.
This is the largest order bagged by the company so far and consists of conveyor system expanding a total length of 21.77 kilometres . In 2018, it had bagged an order worth Rs 228 crore for coal handling plant project from BHEL for BIFPCL (Bangladesh India Friendship Power Project Corporation Ltd, Maitree) which is at an advanced stage of execution with orders worth Rs 100 crores already completed.
