The maximum temperature rose by a few notches across Himachal as stormy conditions subsided after widespread heavy rain and hailstorms at many places in the past 24 hours.While high-altitude tribal areas and other higher reaches received fresh snow, the mid and lower hills received intermittent heavy rain and hailstorm and the minimum temperature stayed three to seven degree below normal.Keylong and Kalpa reeled under severe cold conditions with minimum temperature at .6 degree and 1.4 degree while mercury stayed between minus 4 and minus 6 degree Celsius in the high-altitude tribal areas.Shimla recorded a minimum of 5.8 degree Celsius, eight degree below normal, while Solan and Bhuntar registered the minimum 10.5 degree , followed by Sundernagar 11.6 degree, Nahan 12. 3 degree, Palampur 12.5 degree, Dharamsala 12.8 degree and Una 16 degree.
