ONGC Board in its 304th Meeting held on 1st March, 2018 has approved 2nd interim dividend of 45%, i.e. Rs. 2.25 on each equity share of Rs. 5. The total payout on this account will be Rs. 2,887 Crore. The Record date for distribution of dividend has been fixed for 14th March, 2018 which has been intimated to the stock exchanges. The payment of interim dividend to the shareholders shall start from 15th March, 2018. 1st interim dividend of 60% (Rs. 3 on each equity share of Rs.5) was paid by the Company in November, 2017.
