A new pension scheme for domestic workers with assured return of Rs 3,000 on the lines of Atal Pension Yojana has been announced in the budget. A 29 year old domestic worker can enter into the scheme by paying Rs 100 per month. Govt provides Rs 500 crore the pension scheme for domestic workers.
