Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin have sent an unprecedented yet the strongest possible message to Pakistan on cross-border terrorism, according to agency report. The stringent message came after PM Modi had held talks with Putin over an array of issues. Notably, the Prime Minister, who is on a four-nation tour, is visiting Russia. This came after tension has escalated between New Delhi and Islamabad following a series of ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC) by Pakistan. Earlier on May 31, PM Modi and President of the Spanish government Mariano Rajoy had asserted that there should be zero tolerance to terrorism. They also exhorted the international community to end selective or partial approaches in tackling the menace.
