ISIS makes its way to India’s heart, 6 terrorists held in Madhya Pradesh

After polluting Jammu and Kashmir, ISIS is finding its way in India’s heartland now. On Wednesday morning, Madhya Pradesh police reported that they have arrest 6 members of ISIS module. The police have reportedly recovered 8 pistols and an ISIS flag from these members. The police have also recovered an Indian and Israel flag while 4 other members of the organisation are reported to be on the run. A total of 11-12 members were suspected to be a part of the organisation and were found with bomb-making material which signals at a major terrorist activity against India.

This is the second incident involving ISIS members in the country in two days after a major anti-terror operation was carried out by anti-terror squad and Lucknow police on Tuesday. During this incident, a terrorist was found holed up in a house and his accomplice was found outside somewhere. The event took place at Thakurganj locality which is on the outskirts of Lucknow. The battle between forces and ISIS member continued for more than 10 hours.
