Chandrayaan 3: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at isro’s command network Mission Control Complex in Bengaluru to meet scientists involved in the Chandrayaan 3 mission. Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the scientists of the ISRO team for the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the moon. PM Modi announced that from now on, August 23 will be celebrated as ‘National Space Day’ every year.

Speaking to ISRO scientists, PM Modi said, “That day of August 23 in front of my eyes, that one second is rotating again and again. When the touch-down was confirmed, who can forget the scene of the way people jumped here at the ISRO center all over the country. Some memories become immortal. That moment became immortal.

August 23 will be celebrated as National Space Day.

Pm Modi said that on August 23, when India hoisted the tricolor on the moon, that day will now be celebrated as ‘National Space Day’. PM Modi said that today the whole world has accepted the iron of our scientific consciousness and scientific talent. PM Modi praised the contribution of women scientists in the Chandrayaan-3 mission.

Where the lander landed will be called ‘Shivshakti Point”

PM Modi announced the naming of the place on the moon where the lander Vikram landed. Pm Modi said, the place where the Moon Lander has landed on the moon will be known as ‘Shivshakti Point’. He said that Shiva has the resolve for the welfare of humanity and power gives us the strength to fulfill that resolution.

Where Chandrayaan-2 landed, it will be called ‘Tiranga Point”

Along with this, PM Modi also named the place on the lunar surface where Chandrayaan-2 landed. Pm Modi said, the place on the moon where Chandrayaan-2 has left its footprints will now be called Tiranga Point. This tiranga point will be an inspiration for every thirsty person of India. It will teach us that no failure will last. If there is strong willpower, success comes together. Lives on.

Chandrayaan 2 was sent to the moon in 2019, but in the last moments it lost control and it had a hard landing on the moon. Pm Modi said, when Chandrayaan-2’s steps were lying on the moon, it was decided to name it, but at that time the circumstances were not like this. We had decided that when Chandrayaan-3 will successfully step on the moon, So the name of the place where Chandrayaan-2’s lander landed will also be announced.
