Hero MotoCorp Ltd reported a 65.24% rise in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to ₹1,705.65 crore for the first quarter of FY26, driven primarily by gains from the partial dilution of its stake in Ather Energy during the latter’s IPO.
In comparison, the two-wheeler giant had posted a consolidated PAT of ₹1,032.21 crore in the same quarter last fiscal, according to the company’s regulatory filing.
However, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations declined slightly to ₹9,727.75 crore in Q1 FY26, down from ₹10,210.79 crore in the corresponding period last year.
