The department has said that the deep depression over northeast Bay of Bengal has crossed the Bangladesh coast east of Khepupara.

Along with this, heavy to very heavy rains may occur in some areas of Rewa, Dhanbad, Sagar, Guna, Gwalior, Tikamgarh, Shivpuri and Sheopur of Madhya Pradesh.
