A delegation of UP petrol pump dealers and gas station owners was turned away from the Indian Oil Corporation office in Gomtinagar on Wednesday where they had gone to meet IOC officials regarding the chip scam. An officer of IOC said the 50-member delegation was denied entry because the meeting had not been confirmed.
