Centre Launches ‘AI For Entrepreneurship’ Skilling Programme

the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), and Intel India launched the ‘AI for Entrepreneurship’ micro-learning module to skill 100,000 young innovators by 2025.

According to reports, this initiative aims to simplify artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and inspire entrepreneurial thinking among youth across India. The programme seeks to equip young people with the skills needed to succeed in a technology-driven economy. Through the module, participants will learn how to use AI for business growth develop entrepreneurial strategies, and solve problems innovatively. It is designed to be accessible to both urban and rural learners, ensuring everyone can tap into digital opportunities.

Union minister of state for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Jayant Chaudhary said AI is a powerful tool that can help future entrepreneurs realise their ambitions. He emphasised that this initiative marks a key step in fostering innovation and inclusivity in learning.
