Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has received an order worth about Rs 6500 crore from Adani Power. As per the exchange filings, the public sector company has received the order from Adani Power for the construction of six thermal units with a combined capacity of 4800 MW.
As part of the order, BHEL will also supply equipment, namely, Steam Turbine Generators and auxiliaries. Additionally, BHEL will also be responsible for the supervision and commissioning of the six thermal units.
