(Amar Ujala) चारधाम यात्रा में 12 दिन के भीतर साढ़े पांच लाख से अधिक श्रद्धालु दर्शन कर चुके हैं। केदारनाथ धाम में प्रतिदिन 19 से 20 हजार श्रद्धालु दर्शन कर रहे हैं। पंजीकरण का आंकड़ा 27 लाख पार हो चुका है। मौसम की चुनौतियों के बावजूद केदारनाथ, बदरीनाथ, यमुनोत्री, गंगोत्री धाम में दर्शन के लिए श्रद्धालुओं की भीड़ है। पर्यटन विभाग के अनुसार 30 अप्रैल से 11 मई तक चारोंधाम में 5.50 लाख से अधिक श्रद्धालु दर्शन कर चुके हैं। इसमें केदारनाथ धाम में 2.27 लाख, बदरीनाथ में 1.17 लाख, गंगोत्री में 94251, यमुनोत्री में 1.13 लाख ने दर्शन किए।

(Free Press Journal) State-owned gas utility GAIL (India) Ltd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Karnataka government to explore the setting up of renewable energy projects of up to 1 gigawatt (GW) in the state. “Under the MoU, the Government of Karnataka would facilitate GAIL to obtain necessary permissions/registrations/approvals/clearance/ incentives, etc., from the concerned departments of the state, as per the prevailing policies/rules and regulations of the state government. (Business Line) National Company Law Tribunal’s Hyderabad bench has permitted insolvency proceedings to be initiated against GVK Energy, following a petition filed by lender IDBI Bank. GVK Energy, a subsidiary of GVK Power & Infrastructure, was corporate guarantor for debt incurred by GVK Power for a thermal power project in the Punjab.
