(HT) The Union cabinet on Wednesday approved a new semiconductor manufacturing facility, a joint venture between India’s HCL and Taiwan’s Foxconn, which will come up in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh, Union Information technology minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said.
