(AU) दूरसंचार सेवाएं देने वाली कंपनियों को अब कॉल ड्रॉप पर 10 लाख रुपये तक की पेनाल्टी अदा करनी पड़ सकती है। मौजूदा नियमों के मुताबिक कॉल ड्रॉप पर दूरसंचार कंपनियों से अधिकतम 50 हजार रुपये की पेनाल्टी वसूली जाती है। दूरसंचार नियामक संस्था ट्राई द्वारा कॉल ड्रॉप समस्या को दूर करने के लिए शुक्रवार को जारी सख्त दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार लगातार तीन तिमाही तक बेंचमार्क का उल्लंघन करने पर अधिकतम पेनाल्टी वसूली जाएगी। इस बेंचमार्क के तहत सामान्य समय में 2 फीसदी से ज्यादा और विशेष परिस्थितियों में या व्यस्त समय में 3 फीसदी से ज्यादा कॉल ड्रॉप होने पर ही पेनाल्टी का…
