The NITI Aayog today launched the baseline ranking for the Aspirational Districts based on published data of 49 indicators (81 data points) across five developmental areas of Health and Nutrition, Education, Agriculture and Water Resources, Financial Inclusion and Skill Development, and Basic Infrastructure. For non-power consumers, a dispensation for change of mode from Rail to Road has been extended by CIL.
